GEN-P releases products in limited quantities.
For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Changed mind

  • Preference or fit issues

Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement (if available) or a refund, at our discretion

Final Sale Notice

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

GEN-P reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the criteria above.
