SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with GEN-P.

All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Due to the nature of limited releases, please allow additional processing time during high-volume drops.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

  • During product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.    

Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • High-volume periods

GEN-P is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

GEN-P is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GEN-P is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
